I'm a high postpaid user of airtel since 2 years. Several times i'd faced the problem of call breaking as well as network problem.inspite of complaininig many times no action has been taken.i'm just fed up that what to do and to whom i should say.customer care people say that we are looking for it.at last they only say to contact to the nearest airtel office.airtel office people say that may be due to moisture coming in the sim u may b facing the problem.
But at last the problem is not yet solved.
