My mobile is lost and i was using airtel services, mob.no.-971785182. i want to lock my sim so that it can not be misused.but costumer care is saying it is not by ur name while i had submitted my id as passport & npti address proof and filled the form given by shop kipper . they are not locking my sim.how it is possible that it is not my sim.please take necessary action.
