I have taken a corporate plan and doesn't find much difference from
others. However, this is not my query. I called couple of months back to
inquire about internet service which connects from my handset to my home PC. It was
informed to me that for co-operate customers it is 250 rs. otherwise it's a 449 rs. for others. I had some
problem regards to pay my bill so I thought I will opt for gprs or so
called "Mobile office" later and one of the advisor in Customer Service Department suggested me that yes it will
remain the same.
I called yesterday (may be 16 Oct) one of the advisor in Customer Service Department said I cannot have that plan as it has
been withdrawn and you do not any option for unlimited downloads for
co-operate customers. This is totally a bull shit. I had broadband with
sify and i have stopped it as I do not want to pay more. I would request
you to provide me your old plan i.e. "Mobile gprs" on my account. I just
want to pay 249 or 250 rs for unlimited usage.
I got confirmation e-mail that service has been activated for 249 rs. and guess what it was not unlimited service. I will get some free usage after that i need to pay what ever will be my extra usage which I never requested. The e-mail which was sent to me that was a standard response sent by some machine. No human being is dealing with customer complaint.
They have activated the service which I have never requested and not providing me a correct resolution.
