I was using Airtel callhome to call india from US, it was fine till one day when my effort to recharge the card was showing a message "failed", little i know that, the money from debit card is deducted even the transaction failed i continued to try from more than 8 times. Now the situation is i lost around $100 and the airtel customer service is not helping me to get the money back.
They asked me to mail them and call them, i did everyting what they have asked me to do, even then there is no effort from them to revert the money back. This is absolute fraud and i happen to see many case like me on the internet, I don't know how to take action against them. Anyone have a clue how to take action against such pathetic service.
