Hi sir I am the one of the customer of airtel digital tv . i was purchase airtel tv 30 april but firestly the airtel person come 2 of may and the person attach the antina. but there is no signal he knows . i told to him direction is wrong . he said i will come tomorrow, But he was not come .then i was call him he said there is charge for change direction and the charge is 350/-this person name is (Ganesh -9730049571)
Then i am call to customer care But there is no response to me.
and 2 is i was purchase the airtel digital tv there was scheme when the customer got 150 rs bonus till 30 april i was applied on 2 may because of the i was call on30 april on airtel digital tv they said to me 2 of april you send the sms to 53030 and i was send on date but they told me the scheme is off .i am contact to airtel digital tv daily but there is no responce.
plz give me service.
