I am using Airtel Prepaid Mobile Number 9971345156. I already complained in the past and again complaining for the same reason i.e. network issues. At first, the company said everything is fine without even checking the issue and then later on when I had strong words with them, they send their network engineer. The network engineer visited the place and inspect the network issue and even he said the same that we have network issue at the place. For making and receiving each and every call, we need to move outside the premises even at night time. So this kind of service is ridiculous. We trusted Airtel hoping to be the best service provider but Airtel is not at all interested in solving the issue and now it's getting more than expected. The engineer wrote down everything, check the signals and assured me that it will be fixed soon and now he is no more in the picture. He promised that either he or Airtel will revert back in 2-3 days and it's more than 10 days and nobody showed up. So I talked and wrote to Airtel again and they said they will revert back on or before 27/07 and now it's 28/07 and no one has showed up. So please help.
