Airtel should be penalised for their inefficient services.
I'm using airtel services from quite some time and they have made my life miserable with their incompetent services.
From last three months, i'm calling them almost everyday for my problems and instead of resolving my problems they add on new ones.
My list of problems:
1. From last three months i'm not being able to login into the airtel system by using my username and password. Everytime i call them (almost thrice a week), i get a standard reply that their system is under upgradation and within 48 hours i should be able to access. But three months have passed and those 48 hrs are still to get over. Now i'm being told that the upgradation was over on 21st May and still i'm not able to access.
Now i call them almost thrice every day, they tell me each time that they will reset my password and sms me the new password in 30 mins. but i've never received such sms. I've wasted much of my valuable time in cribbing with Airtel people.
2. Very often they deacivate the services on their own. For instance, i was going to Malaysia in mid april, i asked them to activate my international roaming. They assured that it will be done within 4 hrs. But 24 hrs passed by and they didn't activate and i was in Malaysia with no connection. My father had to call them incessantly for the whole day and finally it was activated after 36 hrs of my request for international roaming.
3. After i cam back from Malaysia, they deactivated my ISD calling facility on their own. This time they said that it will be activated within 30 mins, and again they took 20 hrs to activate my services, i had to call them several times, argue with them and send many sms before the ISD Calling was activated.
4. I recently requested them for Blackberry services. They activated the Blackberry services but deactivated the CLIP facility on their own. It was a herculean task to get the CLIP activated. They took 3 days for this and i had to argue with them many a times.
5. 3 days ago i had to make an ISD call and i realised that again they have decativated my ISD calling facility. Againg i had to argue with them to have it restored.
They have made my life miserable, it is so frustating to face such problems. One has to waste time to talk and argue with them. They just have a standard reply ... 'we are sorry for the inconvenience caused' for all our complaints... which is so artificial
No one pays any attention to our problems. The worst is that we have to talk to a new person each time and explain our grievances. No senior person is available to register our complaint with.
AIRTEL call centre is full of incompetent person, they don't even have most of the information and they don't have the service attitude.
I hope airtel can treat their clients better.
