AIRTEL DTH (VRITI INFOCOM)

There are so many complains against VRITI INFOCOM but still they in business cheating more & more people.

I fail to understand to whom should I approach.

AIRTEL DTH mentions I need to contact the dealer i.e VRITI INFOCOM but there is no response from them.

Can some one help me out.
