AIRTEL DTV Bad SERVICES

Dear Sir,

I have Subscribe to Airtel DTV on 18 Jan and Paid Rs -. The pAckage includes installation and Setput Box and 6 months free Subscription.

On 23rd i got Message on my DTV that my Acct Balance is Rs /- I raised a complaint Against that to Airtle. The lady told me that it will get resolved in another 30 minute. but noting happens, I again called another lady after getting undestand took my complaint and said it will get resolved in 24 Hr... and ablanace will be corrected by tech team,

But as usual nothing happen, then i called on 25 Morning, a guy picked up and inform me that no complaint has been register by the earlier lady. He did register the complaint and informed me that it will get rectified till 30th jan. I told him that i dont bother to get it resolved till 25th but i should not get any SMS form Airtel for deacivation and my services should not get deavtivated. But as usual, like Airtel does they send an SMS to me for deavtivation, i agained caled to Cust care for that .. and informed that as it is not my fault that the Voucher they had provided to me is not valid. so my services sghould not get deactiated.

But it get deactivated today beside the fact that i had paid the full amount to Airtel and caled Cust care for this error several time.

Airtel is really a fraud org they are just taking our hard earn money and not provinding good services.
