HI! Goodafternoon,

Dear M/S Airtel (Pune),

I would like to introduce myslef first.

Name :- Shekhar R.Chaudhari.

Airtel No.:- 9967801953 / 9860277229

Current Location :- Pune.

Since the day I brought my Airtel Sim, I am fedup with the support from Airtel.

I have been trying to acess my GPRS and am not able to. Trying to call up 121 mentions to send a SMS and nobody responds to it. You can never speak to a customer executive.

As per my last conversation with you through mail I got a auto response for the same but no feedback from or Direct call from nodal office or exe. is this a way to trat a consumber.

For your more information please find attached web page which is showing other also fedup with Bharti's services of mobile (Airtel) regarding "GPRS ". If one consumber is not able to pay there bill then you are diconnecting his number on the same day, then why you should not response other on the same.

I request you please solve this query ASAP or let me shall take help of legal person for the same.

NOTE:- My Last request number is :&-quot;16155217"

please let me know how can I stop Airtel to do this with other???
