Migrating me to unwanted packages

Sir

i am from banglore, enjoying your mobile office weekly package from almost 3 years.

when my MO packages ends you migrate me to another package which i am not requested.

i am un aware of the trap and continue browsing which eat up all the balance in my account.

last month i lost 437 RS and yesterday 200.

i made complaint but no action.

please pay my money back, you cannot chest people like this.

change your soft ware, when my weekly pack expires dont migrate me, if i want gprs i will request you

who is responsible for this, any body there reply me

if i dont have 1 rs in my account you dont let me make a call, and u want to eat up my money how smart

your programmer.

any one to take care this nonsence
