Hi,

this is regarding my first complaint placed here on 28.08.2009.

the company's policy is very sad, and fraud.

you pepole dont have authority to debit customer's account without any subscription. but still u r doing that. after posting this complaint on last friday, mr.ashish called me from 9717894314 this no.

and asked me to first you have to unsubscribe the hello tune then after i will credit the amt into your account which we had debited firstly. i foolishly did that because i m using the number from 2 years n i had never experienced such things before. but now this has been crossed the limits. i dint like the policy of stolling money from customer's account. if i dont want any hello tune i did not activated any hello tune then after you are debiting my account.

now i am going to cancel this number.
