I am a subscriber of Airtel lifetime prepaid number 9810746478. I made a recharge of Rs 200/- through internet on Dec 7. I only got a credit for Rs 60/-, while I was entitled to a credit for Rs 110/-. Also the company credited Rs 75/- after a week for processing fees as this was a life time prepaid connection. Therefore I was entiltled to a credit for Rs 185/- but I only got 135/-. I send numberous messages and called the customer care but no response till date.
