Airtel is making millions of money by deducting unnecessarily amount of money showing that user is using their service Airtel Live, if they actually not. Yes its true. I am regular user of Airtel Prepaid sim having number 976657338, from last 3 days these Airtel people are charging and cutting the amount from my account unnecessarily. When I called to call center, I got information from them that I am using airtel live service for downloading games and other thing. But I am not doing so. I am repeatedly informing them this, but no use.
Till now Rs.75-80 have been deducted from my account in 2 days. And I come to know they are doing this things with many Airtel users. If they are doing this with 1 lac of people you can guess how much heavy amount they are generating from this.
Please kindly look into this matter.
