Bills have been charges after the disconnection of Services

Dear Team,

I had the Airtel Mobile Services & Mobile No. is 9960275800. I had disconnected the services in Sept 08 by paying the due by cash as well the disconnection formality at Aundh - Pune customer service Center.

Again i got the bill in Dec 08 & same have been collected through Auto payment (Credit Card.). I revisited to the service center at aundh and raised the issue. And informed them to reverse the money to my account. Now in Jan 09 also they have charged me Rs. 140/- & collected the same via credit card.

I have requested them to reverse the money the have collected in Dec 08 Rs.142/- & Jan'09 Rs.140/-

When i called to the call center they are not abel to anser me for the same.

Please look into this matter.
