Sir,

Here i faced problem with your billing, Last month billing I found some fake entry in my bill, I had discussed with your customer care officer Mr A ghosh his no is 9831781763. he said that he going to forward the same to concirn dept. but still no reply from your end.

In this month I had recive to SMS from your billing team, on 16th oct my useage as per you was 4230 and best joke is on 17th oct your SMS is 7903. which is absutletly fake i belive.

Do act on this right now other wise I am going to stop using this connection and not going to pay any ammount.
