No Network coverage

Since from last 11 month i complaining for zero network coverage, but no action action as been taken,

So i approched to cancel my card (which i taken in Nashik, but currently i am in Mumbai), there asking to cancel from maharasthra circle office, which is near kalyan (far away from my place, where i residing), and nothing to do with mumbai circle. Since within state there operating in different circle, which is very painful, even when i contacting to customer care.

Pls provide network coverage or cancel my SIM card.
