Hi,

My telephone number was having 1000 (A-A) Local SMS free every month, and 200 Local SMS free every month (to other numbers).

However I have been offered a discount of only 407.50 on account of 1000 (A-A) local SMS for August bill, and 400.50 on account of the same for September bill. Should it not be 500/- discount (50ps per SMS)?

Another problem I noticed is that SMS to Other numbers have been charged in the October bill, whereas I have 200 Local SMS free (for other numbers) option in my plan.

I was assured that Rs.600/- discount would be applicable every month for Local SMS on my plan, however I seem to have been duped.

I had also requested for AVS Service Deactivation, however it is still not deactivated and I was promised that Rs. 198 (2 months rental because I requested for the deactivation of Airtel) will be reversed.

I tried opening several Service Request numbers with the Customer Support Center, details below:-

1. 19291492 ==> Raised on 14th November for Deactivation of AVS

2. 19601049 ==> Raised on 4th December for Network and Connectivity Issue.

3. 19609663 ==> Raised on 4th December for Billing queries (this is closed stating that my number!!)

Can you please help resolve these problems for me, at the earliest?
