I possess a prepaid airtel mobile no.9602516299 and I am living in Kota (Rajasthan). My son Jaison, living in Visakhapatnam possess a prepaid airtel connection no.9963789573.
The problem is I could talk to him, but he could not do so from Visakhapatnam to my number.
A number of times the complaint has been lodged at Visakhapatnam airtel office, but nothing is happening for the last 4 months.
