Deceiving the customers

Respected Sir,

I have done E-recharge for Rs105.00 Air tel Trans ID no 1192951016 at 06.35 dated19-05 on my mobile no 9818527995, for which I have not received the AIR Tel To AIR Tel Talk minutes, equivalent to Rs.225.00as per their tariff plan. In fact not a single amount was credited. Now over 24hours have already passed the amount /mins (225) have not been credited to my account. I have written to their hopeless customer care, who in turn advice me to wait for 2-3 days to get the credit.

I would like to ask why a customer has to wait 2-3 days for getting credit after recharge is done. It should be instantly credited to his account. It seems that Air tel is now restoring to cheating its customer in various means and ways.
