BILL NOT RECEIVED

I did not receive my March bill dated 06.03.200 for my Mobile Number 9818854415. I lodged the following complaints with Airtel:

1. Complaint No. 21414237 dated 20.04.2009

2. Complaint No. 21502716 dated 29.04.2009

3. Complaint No. 21656078 dated 18.05.2009

4. Complaint No. 21746639 dated 29.05.2009

5. Complaint No. 21759855 dated 30.05.2009

Despite all these complaints, I did not receive the Bill. Incidentally, I received the April Bill which was duly paid by me before the due date.

I followed up continuously with their Call Center (No.121) but there was no satisfactory reply from their side.

Whenever I would call up, I would receive a standard reply that the bill would be sent within 5 working days and then the executive would hang up without any further communication. Subsequently the complaint was also closed without delivering the bill.

Then one fine morning, the outgoing facility was barred.

I took up the matter with their Nodal Officer at [email protected] and with their Appellate Authority at [email protected]. I was given the following complaint reference numbers by them:

3. 918679353

4. 918679230

5. 918165435

6. 21759855

I was assured by Mr. Satish Pathak & Ms. Poonam Sharma that the serices would be restored and the bill would be delivered within 5 working days. They had also conveyed that I need not make the payment till the time I did not receive the Bill.

However, the services to my mobile phone were terminated on the night of 05-06 without any warning.

I'm quite distressed as it has caused a lot of inconvenience and embarrasment.
