Address verfication issue

I took new corporate connection from airtel (mobile number 9650600604). My shift timings is from 6:00 PM and they refuse to send the executive after 6:00 PM. I already place many request regarding the address verification timing and they assured me to send the executive a the convenient time and my number got permanently disconnect and they are refusing to restore my service of my mobile number and also refuse to refund the advance rental which was taken at the time of registration.
