I want to attract your attention towards the issue of wrong billing for the month of june. In this bill I had been charged Rs. 1900 (approx) for using ISD services. The call made is in the same number and the number is of Switzerland.

My point of argument is that I had not made a single call from my number till date still I had been charged. In the month of June means before completion of my billing cycle which falls on 24th of every month I had contacted customer care more than 3 times regarding the complaint of excessive increase in unbilled amount but every time I got the answer that we are unable to do anything we can provide the answer only after the completion of billing cycle and also the executive said that there is nothing to worry every thing will be resolved.

I said that if this doesnt stop you will ask me to make the payment for the same increased amount at that time they assured me this will not happen. But now I had been charged for the same.

I continuously kept on asking for the increase in the amount but no one helped me at that time and now they are asking me to pay for that amount which I had not used for.
