PAYMENTS NOT UPDATING

I am having one mobile connection (Post Paid) corporate connection in the name of Bombay Traders. Tel No. 9876444442. Bill for the period 25-5-09 to 25-6-09 for Rs. 488.56 wich has a due date of 16-Jul-09 was paid by us vide our cheque No.357813 and our bank has debited our account of 13/7/09 for

Rs. 489/-. But your account for the next bill shows no credits. We are getting numerous calls from your centre to deposit the bill. Even we have deposited the next bill of Rs. 2400/- as demanded by you.

Please look into the matter and credit our account with Rs. 489 Rs. 50/- charged as late fee in the bill dt. 27th Jul.
