Deduction without request

Dear sir,

sub:- deduct charges from my cell no 9931312627

i am life time validity user of airtel in jamshedpur jharkhand.

on beetween 1.06.2008 night and 02.06.2008 morning i check my balance and how i dont know my balnce reduced rs.45/ from my account where i have not request for any type of service on that time so plz inform me why this happen with me?
