Hi, its become so repetitive of dis company to overcharge their clients on billing connection of mobile. didnt really expect company of such a stature to stoop 2 such a level. i have made numerous complaint to them but all efforts in vein though i have proof to justify my stand since i have itemised bill with me wherein its clearly mentioned that i was charged 50ps for airtel2airtel n im suppose 2 b charged at 15ps. and the worst part is all their representatives r useless buggers give false commitments n everybody have sumthing different 2 say i have even recorded all my conversation with them.. seriously airtel is givin me such a hardtime n i regret to b associated with dis company but cant change numbr coz of business network. i just wonder that they cant resolve such petty grievances god knows till when v customer hv to bear the brunt of their technical loopholes.
