I moved to my new house in Sept. 04. I have never ever recieved a proper network coverage of AIRTEL on the ground floor of my house.
I made several complaints to this effect on their helpline 121 & the erstwhile helpline 9810012345. Airtel Mobile has never bothered to respond =vely. They just take a complaint & do nothing about it. They have put signal boosters in our neighbours house as their billing was huge so they did not wish to loose the big billing!
Maybe this post will help resolve the issue. Or else I am oving to Vodafone the day the number portability becomes a reality.
