your subscriber should be able to talk to somebody who could solve the problems.we deposited the cheque on 5.10.08 for rs 7361.62. our phone was disconnected because you only deducted rs 736.62.this caused us lot of incovinience. We had to go to drop box again to give a cheque of balance money.your customer care is only taped message. alas your collegue could send some airtel rep to get the cheque and issue receipts or dont give hopes.i dont want to hear sorry fm you.change yr working style.righr now phone is working.
