Airtel mobile connection
Non refund of international roaming security

Sir,

I was using mobile No.9815551353 of Airtel for the last about six years. I happened to visit abroad in the monthof February and for international roaming I was required to deposit Rs.5500/- as security. Despite my repeated request last time when Mr. Jyioti Ghosh was contancted on 121, he even shown his helpless ness. I have surrendered the above connection now, but still the air tel people have not paid me the security deposit. Please make the payment with interest immediately.
