OVERBILLING, GPRS VS AIRTELLIVE

THIS IS REGARDING MY AIRTEL MOBILE CONNECTION 9871684000. I HAVE REPEATEDLY INFORMED AIRTEL REGARDING OVERBILLING ON ACCOUNT OF AIRTELLIVE WHICH RESULTED DUE TO LACK OF INFORMATION/ASSISTANCE. I WAS NOT INFORMED IN TIME THAT FOR USING INTERNET ONE SHOULD OPT FOR GPRS. IT WAS MISINFORMED THAT AIRTELLIVE IS FREE SERVICES AND SUBSEQUENTLY VERY HIGH CHARGE WAS IMPOSED ON INTERNET SURFING. I AM SETTLING OVERCHARGED BILL OF RS.9600/-UNDER PROTEST. MY COMPLAINT SHOULD BE REDRESSED BY AIRTEL ON PRIORITY. I AM GENERAL MANAGER IN AIRPORTS AUTHORITY OF INDIA. FOR DEALING WITH SENIOR OFFICERS AIRTEL SHOULD DEPUTE MATURED CUSTOMER CARE OFFICERS. EVERYTHING SHOULD NOT BE LEFT AT THE LEVEL OF JUNIOR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES. S.S.SANDHU
