I AM HAVING AIRTEL CONNECTION NO. 9558814362 MOBILE OFFICE.

FOR THE BILL CYCLE 17 AUG 09 TO 16 SEPT. 09 RECEIVED BILL WITH VALUVE ADDED CHARGES OF 198/-, WHICH IS ACTUALLY NOT AT ALL USED BY ME. THE DEALER, ON CONTECTING SHOWS ME THE ENTRIES OF VAS IN THEIR RECORDS. BUT I AM SURE THAT I HAVE NOT USED ANY VAS THROUGH MY MOBILE. I AM READY TO PAY REST OF AMOUNT.

I SUBMITTED COMPLAIN APP. 10 DAYS BACK, BUT TILL TODAY NO ANY RESPONCE HEARD FROM THE AIRTEL.
