Complaints (at least 20 times) since 2 months have not responded/attended. Customer care replays the same response for 2 months now. Even Airtel Nodal officer's promise to take immediate action proved false.
"CUSTOMER CARE NEVER CARES" could be the next award winning slogan for Airtel as could be confirmed from their action.
