SERVICE ISSUE - NETWORK COVERAGE

Dear Sir,

On 14/04 I have lodged a complaint for network problem in my resident area for which they have provided me a complaint no. 16294511. Till now I have not received any reverts yet and the complaint no. is still open. I waited for long and tried calling up airtel customer care but no resolution.

This is regarding my Mobile Connection No. 9810321179 and 9810622565 in the name of Rohit Agarwal, D-10, Ground Floor, Sec-41, Noida – 201301. From past 2 months I was facing the problem of network connection at my residence, for which I have registered a complaint at your 121. There was no response from your side and I called up again on 23/08 and registered a complaint and after insisting they provided me the compliant no.759854937. I was been assured that I will get a call from your executive after a week’s time. There was no response for the same and I called up again with Ms. Shilpa on 03/09 and she assured me for the best of the services and will arrange a call back after 3 working days. Today is 09/09 and still no response. I called up again at 121 and spoke to Mr. Pranav, Instruction ID - 756690195, and he told me that I should wait for 48 hrs more for the resolution or call back from airtel side. Then on insisting for speaking to the manager, he confirmed me that he will arrange a call back after 1 hr from his manager at around 20:30 hrs. I waited for one and half an hour and called up the customer care executive for the resolution and spoke to Mr. Ankit Bhatia, manager who was not at all ready to solve the problem and instead was giving me a new time frame for the resolution and after insisting on the commitment he gave a time frame of 1 month for the query resolution.

I think airtel has become so big that they even cannot solve their old customer’s query that are maintaining their relationship with airtel from more than 8 years and make them round and round and round. I think its your duty to provide better service to the customer by better network and connectivity and moreover a better customer care manager who can solve your issue quickly instead of Mr. Anurag Bhatia making us call your customer care every 4th day.

Please help us solving the issue.
