I am an Airtel user from June and my Mobile no is 9902622688 with corporate policy of Siemens.
Also i am using Brodaband and Landline,
Please look on my cocerns carefully...
I am a Manager from Siemens on IT and all these answers are not acceptable on technical front becuase i had 15 years of Total IT support.
I have no concerns about Broadband much but it also starts as follows by Mobile department...
I found service was good in Mobile till November then the following issues started
1) Network issue - All the time answer from CC that we are working ..completed 14 months now
I think i made around 30 complaints and then i though there is no meaning to waste my energy and time
Moreover i am BP patient and i don't want to lost my health as my dependents are with me (wife / Dughter and mother)
2) Now billing statement - Last 10 days checked with CC and got the message that there is an upgradation of systems and application
Just imagine such a huge subscriber list you have and giving an explanation like this for 10 days is really horrible.
3) CC - Pathetic service even from supervisor. Today i spoke to CC - Umesh and then CC Supervisor Mohan
What a shameful answer he provides... one of his message was there is no link between CC and tech support.
Such a huge customer list how you can satisfy them on tehnical front. Link is not there between CC and tech support ..Shameful answer.
I am humbly requesting you to look on the issue carefully ateast give a satisfied answer to customers.
In this country we have human rights laws and if some thing worse happens these info will route to them.
