Today again i spoke to the executive, from their to his supervisor " Satish " regarding mu concerns...
Here the summary
I have only one question to CC and to any concern person " Where is my bill???
answer which Satish gave
Ans: It would happen by today at any cost...
Qus: are u sure?
Ans: That's what we got from concern department
Qus: Is it the right way
Ans ..No but only for this month you have to bear
Qus: Why
Ans: You have to bear
Qus: Based on all these issues you are very smart to front the company... never accept mistakes?
Ans ..no need... because we are doing on right way ..

Is it the right way to give answer to heated customer... atleast to say what is the application error and so on?
I am really upset the service you are providing to us...
My only question i am reapeating " Where is the bill "
