I have made repeated complaints at Airtel Customer Services for the past one year regarding poor coverage at my residence, but despite all the complaints till date there is no inprovement in the sevices. I really fail to understand as to when my complaint will be heard and when the covrage will improve. This isdespite the fact that I am a customer of Airtel for the past 11 years.
