Debiting amount without providing bill

I have opted for Airtel ECS facility for easy payment of the bills.

But now I am in a very big problem. Airtel is debiting the amount from my bank, WITHOUT providing the bill.

When I contact Airtel, they give a stupid answer, "Server problem, you shall get it within 2 weeks". Withing the 2 weeks the money shall be debited from the bank and if you are LUCKY enough, you shall get the bill.

Its funny to note, that the CEO gets business awards for a company, which functions like a cheater.

I am seriously thinking of moving from Airtel.
