Robbing Customer by Unethical Practice

Dear friends, i had subscribed to NDTV-Wekly News Pass on My Airte Mobile Connection, in the month of Augest while Out-satation to stay in touch with the news on My Moblie.

After one week of usage, i tried to Unsubscribe the Connection regulaly for last 8moths . but while doing so, a message would tell me, that it is not viable / valid request.. even though i tried to follow the link provided for cancellation

So the company continued to charge me Rupees 20/ week for continues 32 weeks in last 8 months that is Rupees 640 till now

i also spoke to customer service quiet often but their assurence was of no use

it seems that the company is Minting money by this Unethical practice by the service provider where they allow, one self to subscrib but, when one tries to unsubscribe, its a nigtmare the service provider is enjoying..

Friend Please help Me in getting Justice
