Deduction of amount

I Use the Mobile Number Portability from Airtel to IDEA, I received several calls from airtel to retain with airtel but when i decided to swith to IDEA they deducted my 363 amout from my prepaid account without any intimation. When i complain them they said you have used it.

I dont; know why would it happen.

i really want to convey this message "Airtel is worst operater in India"
