I AM USING A BROAD BAND AIRTEL CONNECTION FOR THE PURPOSE OF BOOKING RAILWAY E- TICKET THROUGH INTERNET.
BECAUSE OF MIS UNDERSTANDING .I HAD PAID THE BILL FOR THE PHONE WHICH I ALREADY SURRENDERED IN THE MONTH OF 12/12.THE AIRTEL AGENT CAME TO ME AND TAKEN THE INSTRUMENT AND CLEAR ALL THE BILLS. AND TOLD IT IS OK.THE PHONE IS DISCONNECTED. AND THE PHONE WAS DISCONNECTED (PHONE NO-4086497). BUT THE AIRTEL OFFICE WAS SENDING BILL CONTINUE FOR THE DISCONNECT PHONE.(ACTUALLY I HAVE TWO CONNECTION ONE IS DISCONNECTED BY MISTAKE .I PAID FOR BOTH PHONE WHICH IS ALREDY DISCONNECTED)
WHEN I CAME TO KNOWLEDGE THAT I PAID FOR THE DISCONNECTED PHONE BILLS .I WENT TO AIRTEL OFFICE AND TOLD ALL THESE THINGS .AFTER CHECKING THEY TOLD IT WILL ADJUST THE PAYABLE AMONUT TO THE PRESENT BILLS.I AGREE.
BUT AFTER NEXT MONTH AGAIN THE BILL CAME FOR THE DISCONNECTED PHONE I WENT AGAIN THEY TOLD ME IT WAS NO PROBLEM WE ARE TAKING FOLLOW UP. I WENT 3 TO 4 TIMES TO AIRTEL OFFICE. LAST MONTH THEY TOLD ME THEY WILL ADJUST.I CALL TO MUMBAI AIRTEL OFFICE AND INFORM THE MATTER ALSO
ON 8TH OF JULY THE AIRTEL OFFICE CUT MY INTERNET CONNECTION. BECAUSE OF NON PAYMENT OF BILL. I WENT TO AIRTEL OFFICE AGAIN AND TOLD THE MATTER.THEY TOLD GIVE US HALF AN HOUR. WE WILL START THE CONNECTION. THE WHOLE DAY THEY DO LIKE THAT AND OTHER DAY ALSO THE SAME THING HAPPEN. BECAUSE OF DISCONNET INTERNET I HAD A LOSS OF Rs-3000. WHEN I GAVE PRESSURE.THEY TOLD ME THEY TALKED TO BHOPAL OFFICE THEY ARE TELLING THEY ONLY ADJUST RS-1600 ONLY OUT OF RS-4266.AND THEY WANT IN WRITTEN WITH ME IN A WHITE PAPPER THAT I AGREE FOR THIS CONDITION.
THIS IS LIKE HUMILATING TO ME.
CAN YOU PLEASE ADVISE ME WHAT LEGEAL ACTION SHOULD I GO FOR. IAM SENDING THE BILL DETAIL WHICH I PAID FOR NOTHING
