Extra amount in Bill

Hi

I received extra amount added to my bill (349) for GPRS. I had contacted the Customer Service to deactivate this service and also send many dactivation SMS's to 121 before the start of billing date. Still this amount was added. Now when I called up the Customer Service again, they told me that they would reverse the amount in the next bill. Now if I pay this amount, they will have my 349 bucks for a month interest free. If they fool many consumers, they can have such amount every month without interest. Is there any way this can be dealt with?
