REFUND OF DEPOSITE MONEY

Dear sir,

I have converted my postpaid (9766309547) account into prepaid on 26/8/08.But i have not received my post paid deposite uptill now. I have called them many a times but they are not receiving my calls. The agents of airtel to whom i have called are named as Mr. MANOJ (9975578020) AND KAILAS (9766365711).from sinhagad road airtel gallery pune.
