Wrong bill

My phone no is 9717293296, for the period of bill 05.01.09 to 04.02.09, The ISD calls shown in itemised bill were not done by me. These ISD calls were dated on 30 and 31st jan 09 I have contacted constomer care, nodal officer, they are allegedly telling that calls were gone through my no. And the bill amount is Rs.7000.00. My credit limit is Rs.2000.00. They didnt stopped my outgoing calls when it exceeded Rs. 2000.00. From 9 th Feb they stopped outgoing calls from my mobile Please help and suggest me what action i can take against airtel, delhi
