Bill plan change and reversal of Rs. 125 245

My Airtel# 09760018318 Post paid.

I have logged a compalint to get the reversal of Rs. 125 for value added charges wrongly charged me in the month of November December January February and March facing problem with Airtel for my Airltel # 09760018318

I have logged complaint to give me discount of Rs.125 for value added charges was wrongly charged and Rs. 245 for wrongly charged the extra bill plan as I have already logged the companint to change the bill plan to Airtel 199 from Airtel 444 but not yet receive any update on this.

I have also logged a complaint to change my bill plan Airtel 199 from Airtel 444. I logged a complaint on 30th of March but not yet resolved.
