Am facing a negligence and lack of information from Airtel. I own a airtel postpaid corporate connection.. suddenly i am facing high bills from the last 3 months.
whenn got it checked came to know that my service had been deactivated.
i had a top up for which i was paying n its deactivated without my consent.
i am using airtel for the past 4 years n this trouble is firts time when the customer care is nt reachable n everythin is ending in vain.
i feel like going for a legal action against airtel n filing a rti complaint for lack of information on their part..
i just want to know that is is also applied for multi national or only government offices..
well i just want to be compensated by aitrel..
i really want to make ware that first airtel will lure you by giviing you scemes.. n when you will be used to the number, or it becomes important for your business, then they will snatch services from you. you feel handicapped .. i am payong heavy bills n nop one is replying me from airtel...
such a loophope from their end.. very poor services.
