DISCONNECTION OF SERVICE

Yesterday i.e on 24-11 i have lodged complaint for the difficulties i have faced in getting activation of my service from 21-11 till yesterday ie 24-11. From 18 hours of 24-11 onwards my service was activated and functioned till 18 hours of today. to my surprisingly my service/SIM was inactivated for the best reasons known to the airtel officials without any communication/information. this amounts deficiency of service. i once again requesting to take necessary steps in this regard SKSKSARMA
