NON RECEIPT OF SIMCARD

I HAVE APPLIED FOR A NEW AIRTEL POSTPAID CONNECTION ON 24TH FEB. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED SIM CARD FOR SAID CONNECTION YET. INSTEAD THEY HAVE CALLED MY ALTERNATE NO. AND GAVE ME THE NO. WHICH IS 09987525661 AND YESTERDAY I GOT A LETTER STATING THAT MY BILLING PERIOD HAS STARTED FROM 27 FEB. SO ALREADY THERE ARE 10 DAYS LEFT FROM MY BILLING PERIOD FOR WHICH I HV PAID ADVANCE RENT. AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY COMMUNICATION REGARDING MY COMPLAINT, THAT I HAVE MADE ON 121 TWICE. WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW.

SHOULD I CANCELL THE UNUSED CONNECTION?
