We have costemer of airtel/postpaid last four years.in last five monts so meny call drops due to network problum.
i have given complaint to costemer care in this regared so meny time's.
the costemer care excutive given a complint numbur and said our network department excutive call in this regard to you.
after some time i check the status of comlplaint in airtel web the status is closed displyed.without any call from network department of airtel.
