Non receipt of mobile bill

Dear Sir,

I have taken a post paid sim bearing No.9958820085 from one of your representative during IInd week of Feb. My outgoing calls was blocked during Ist week of Mar due to non payment of bill. I have received bill thorugh e-mail but e password was not received by me. Further my incoming calls was also blocked on 17th Mar and SIM registeration was failed. My passwork may please be intimated to me for making payment of bill. Further my above connection may please be activited immediately please.
