I own a airtel postpaid cell 9892209717. I have converted this number from prepaid to postpaid on being promised better service. I have made several complaints to Airtel using the helpline, their web address. However till date there is no improvement in their service.
Inspite of having all the dashes for full connectivity nearly all my calls get dropped causing severe embarassment and ache among my family members, friends, colleagues and customers.
